Great selection of garden items at very reasonable prices. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. It's an excellent garden center.

One of the best in town for all lawn and garden needs. Specialized products for getting the best results while gardening in Alaska's sometimes tricky zones. Excellent selection of pet products as well. And one of the best plant selections in town. I love perusing their outdoor section on a sunny day.

The business presents itself as customer-focused, but in reality it operates with a deeply unprofessional and exclusionary attitude. Staff frequently make snap judgments about customers based solely on their appearance, leading to unequal and often disrespectful treatment. There is a clear pattern of biased behavior that comes across as discriminatory, creating an environment where certain people feel unwelcome or unfairly targeted. Rather than demonstrating basic courtesy or professionalism, the business often responds with entitlement and dismissiveness, as if customers should tolerate poor service without question. Overall, the atmosphere reflects a lack of accountability, respect, and inclusivity—qualities that any reputable business should prioritize

The selection here is great - They have so many fun gift ideas, and the ladies outside in the plant department were very friendly- the cashiers inside are not so friendly - there was a totally different vibe inside & those employees seemed really annoyed and cranky - maybe they were just really busy, but the women outside were great - maybe they need to teach the younger employees inside that your attitude matters. Overall, still a really good shopping experience!

Impressed with this place. A doggies heaven I found out, with an entire huge section dedicated to them! It’s certainly a headquarters for mill feed and garden needs! Go check this place out! You will wonder why you waited long to go find them! A busy busy place for a reason!! Don’t forget to get your popcorn at the checkout! AMISH COUNTRY POPCORN
